These Terms govern the relationship between the Client and NowTranslateAll ("NTA"), Via Montenapoleone 8, 20121 Milano, Italy. By placing an order or engaging our services, you accept these Terms in full.
NTA provides professional translation, localisation, transcreation, certified translation, and related linguistic services. All services are delivered digitally unless a sworn physical document is required for certified translations.
Quotes are based on word count, language pair, subject matter, and deadline. Quotes are valid for 14 days. A binding contract is formed upon successful payment via Stripe or upon written acceptance of an invoice for enterprise clients.
The Client must provide: complete and final source materials, reference materials and glossaries (if available), clear instructions regarding target audience and purpose, timely feedback within 5 working days per review cycle, and confirmation that they have the right to commission translation of the provided materials.
All source materials, translations, and project communications are treated as strictly confidential. NDAs are in place with all translators. Formal client-specific NDAs available upon request at no charge. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for 5 years.
6.1 Translations: Upon full payment, the Client owns the translated content. 6.2 Translation Memory: TM data generated during the project is the Client's property and is delivered upon request. 6.3 Source Material: All source content remains the Client's intellectual property. 6.4 NTA Tools: NTA retains ownership of proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies.
Each plan includes specified revision rounds. Revision requests must be submitted as a single consolidated document within 14 days of delivery. Revisions address translation accuracy, terminology, and style — not changes to the source text. Source text changes after translation begins are quoted separately.
NTA's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. NTA does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. For certified translations, NTA warrants that the translation is faithful and that the sworn declaration is legally valid under Italian law.
