NowTranslateAll was founded in Milan in 2019 by two people who had spent a combined 25 years inside the translation industry and had grown frustrated with its fundamental problem: most translation agencies treat language as a commodity, assigning projects based on availability rather than expertise. The result is technically correct translations that miss the point — a legal translator handling marketing copy, a generalist tackling a medical device manual, a machine translation with a thin layer of human editing passed off as professional work.
We built NowTranslateAll on a different principle: every translation is only as good as the translator's understanding of the subject matter. A translator who speaks perfect French but does not understand pharmaceutical regulation will produce a French text that is linguistically flawless and professionally dangerous. So we built a network of 80+ translators who are not just native speakers — they are qualified professionals in their fields. Engineers who translate engineering. Lawyers who translate law. Marketers who translate marketing.
We are based in Milan — Italy's business capital and one of Europe's most multilingual cities. Our project management team operates in English, Italian, German, and French. Our translator network covers 12 languages across 35+ industry specialisations.
